FORGEWICK / CREATOR EDITIONS
Product case study / A Forgewick studio project
From the first night home to a puppy that sleeps through.
We created The First 30 Days Puppy Planner for the questions every new owner asks in week one: how often do I take them out, why are they crying in the crate, and how do I stop the biting? It turns the answers into something a reader can use: a daily rhythm, a toilet log, a crate and sleep routine, a socialisation checklist and a week-by-week plan.

Self-initiated studio project showing the quality of our work. General puppy-care guidance, not veterinary advice; breeds and puppies differ. It has not launched with a creator or generated sales.

THE CASE STUDY
One reader problem.
A complete product.
The brief: help a first-time owner get through the first month without guessing, with a routine for toilet training, crate, sleep, biting and socialising.
We grounded the guide in American Kennel Club house-training and crate-training guidance and the AVSAB position on socialisation: take the puppy out after every nap, meal, drink and play; keep the crate lovely and never a punishment; and use the first three months, when sociability outweighs fear, for gentle new experiences. Every chapter turns that into one simple habit.
The finished edition combines original writing, a consistent illustrated style, a worked weekend and six printable tools. In a partner edition, the creator's own training methods, experience and audience questions shape every page.
