FORGEWICK / CREATOR EDITIONS

Product case study / A Forgewick studio project

From "is this normal after birth?" to a gentle plan and a prepared postnatal check.

We created The Postnatal Recovery & Pelvic Floor Planner for the weeks when every piece of advice is about the baby and none of it is about you. It turns what the NHS and NICE say into something a reader can use: a three-times-a-day pelvic floor tracker, a symptom log a physio can read at a glance, the NHS tummy-gap check, a gentle week-by-week movement plan and a page of questions for the postnatal check.

Self-initiated studio project showing the quality of our work. General health information from NHS and NICE sources, not medical advice; not reviewed by a physiotherapist, midwife or doctor; it does not replace the postnatal check. It has not launched with a creator or generated sales.

THE CASE STUDY

One reader problem.
A complete product.

The brief: help a new mother heal well, move a little more each week without guessing, keep the pelvic floor habit that clinicians keep asking for, and ask early when something is not right.

We grounded the guide in the NHS pages on the post-pregnancy body and keeping fit with a baby, NICE guideline NG194 on postnatal care (updated 2026), NICE guideline NG210 on pelvic floor dysfunction and the NHS adult physical-activity guidelines: the pelvic floor exercise itself, the tummy-gap check, when to start moving after a straightforward or caesarean birth, the warning signs that need a phone call, and strength on two days after the postnatal check. Every chapter turns that into one simple habit.

The finished edition combines original writing, a consistent illustrated style, a worked weekend and six printable tools. In a partner edition, the clinician-creator's own expertise, patient questions, voice and clinical review shape every page.

Your content.
Your ideas. Your name.

We study your content and the questions your audience keeps asking, and build the ebook around them, including anything you suggest. If you'd like, it carries your name, branding and voice.

This sample shows the level of work we produce for partners. It is a demo of our work, not a fixed product or price.

Illustrative projection · not a past result or a forecast

What it could look like each month for a creator with 80K engaged followers

800buyers a month if 1% of 80,000 followers buy each month
$19,200in sales a month at $24 each
≈ $9,000a month: your 50% share after est. Whop and payment fees (~6%)

The maths, openly: 80,000 × 1% = 800 buyers × $24 = $19,200 in sales a month. After estimated fees of about 6% that is roughly $18,048, split 50/50, so about $9,024 a month to you, credited automatically through Whop. Writing, design, sales setup, delivery and customer support are covered by Forgewick: $0 to you.

Risk-free 60-day pilot. If the ebook hasn't found its audience within 60 days, we take it down. Nothing is published until you're 100% happy with it, and you never pay anything.

Illustrative projection only. Real results depend on your audience, the price we agree and how often you share it; 1% a month is an assumption, not a promise.
