FORGEWICK / CREATOR EDITIONS

Product case study / A Forgewick studio project

From "what do we do now?" to a rainy day that runs itself.

We created The Rainy Day Toddler Play Planner for the question every parent of a one-to-four-year-old asks on a wet afternoon: what do we do now, without a screen and without a craft that takes an hour? It turns the answer into something a reader can use: a one-box play kit, a forty-idea menu sorted by energy, a daily rhythm, a weekly plan and a log of what their child actually loved.

Self-initiated studio project showing the quality of our work. General play guidance for ages one to four, not medical or developmental advice; supervise every activity. It has not launched with a creator or generated sales.

THE CASE STUDY

One reader problem.
A complete product.

The brief: give a parent a wet-day plan that needs no shopping trip and no scrolling, with the safety rules and the age adjustments built in.

We grounded the guide in the CDC's milestone and play tips for two-year-olds, the American Academy of Pediatrics' balance-not-a-number view of screens, Queensland early-childhood guidance on messy play and the CPSC small-parts rule for under-threes. Every chapter turns that into one simple habit.

The finished edition combines original writing, a consistent illustrated style, a worked weekend and six printable tools. In a partner edition, the creator's own play ideas, age focus, voice and audience questions shape every page.

HOW YOUR EDITION WOULD BEGIN

Your content.
Your ideas. Your name.

We study your content and the questions your audience keeps asking, and build the ebook around them, including anything you suggest. If you'd like, it carries your name, branding and voice.

This sample shows the level of work we produce for partners. It is a demo of our work, not a fixed product or price.

THE PARTNERSHIP

You share it.
We build and run everything else.

We set everything up

Research, writing, design, the sales page, checkout, digital delivery and customer support, from development through to sales.

You introduce it your way

Review and approve the finished ebook, then share it with your audience however feels natural: posts, Reels, Stories or the link in your bio.

Priced together. Paid transparently.

The price is agreed between you and our team, based on our analysis of your audience and your own input. Sales run on Whop, an independent platform where you can see every sale. Revenue is split 50/50 after Whop's fees, and your share is allocated to you automatically, paid out to the bank account you add.

Illustrative projection · not a past result or a forecast

What it could look like each month for a creator with 80K engaged followers

800buyers a month if 1% of 80,000 followers buy each month
$19,200in sales a month at $24 each
≈ $9,000a month: your 50% share after est. Whop and payment fees (~6%)

The maths, openly: 80,000 × 1% = 800 buyers × $24 = $19,200 in sales a month. After estimated fees of about 6% that is roughly $18,048, split 50/50, so about $9,024 a month to you, credited automatically through Whop. Writing, design, sales setup, delivery and customer support are covered by Forgewick: $0 to you.

Risk-free 60-day pilot. If the ebook hasn't found its audience within 60 days, we take it down. Nothing is published until you're 100% happy with it, and you never pay anything.

Illustrative projection only. Real results depend on your audience, the price we agree and how often you share it; 1% a month is an assumption, not a promise.
