FORGEWICK / CREATOR EDITIONS
Product case study / A Forgewick studio project
From a saved room idea to a finished ebook.
We created The Cozy Rental Reset to turn rental-home inspiration into something a reader can use: a room plan, a spending limit and a weekend sequence. Here is the complete product, and the work behind it.

Self-initiated studio project. The ebook is complete; it has not launched with a creator or generated sales.

THE CASE STUDY
One reader problem.
A complete product.
The brief: help a renter move from “I love that room” to “I know what to do in mine.”
We narrowed the guide to one manageable corner. Every chapter leads to a decision the reader can record: what stays, what fits, what to spend and what to do next.
The finished edition combines original writing, a consistent visual style, room diagrams and six printable tools. Creators can review the full product before discussing an edition shaped around their own perspective.

- The finished deliverable
- A complete, downloadable PDF with clickable contents. All 32 pages were visually reviewed, and the budget calculations and links were checked.

HOW YOUR EDITION WOULD BEGIN
Your point of view.
A product we build.
We start with a specific question your audience asks and a topic your existing products do not already cover. Together, we choose a useful outcome and a clear scope.
Then we handle the research, writing and design. You shape the direction and approve the finished edition. This sample lets you see the level of work before that conversation.
THE PARTNERSHIP
Your perspective.
Our production.
We build and operate
Research, writing, design, sales setup, digital delivery and customer support. We also prepare product previews, Story frames and post copy for the reveal.
You shape and introduce
Help choose the audience problem, approve the direction and finished product, then introduce it in your own voice through the agreed Stories and posts.
Our starting proposal is a 50/50 split of the ebook's revenue after Whop fees. Scope, rights and the final terms are agreed together.
Explore an illustrative sales scenario
Hypothetical model · No client result or earnings forecast
What would a $300,000 gross-sales target actually require? Change the assumptions to work backwards from a target. These inputs are examples, not measured audience data or industry benchmarks.
That averages 3,947.5 purchases per month over 4 months. The purchase count is equivalent to 8.77% of the hypothetical follower count. This is a size comparison, not a predicted follower conversion rate.
A possible next edition
If each first-edition purchase represented a different eligible reader, and 10% later bought a genuinely new $29 companion guide, that would be 1,579 buyers and $45,791.00 in additional gross sales. Both the second product and repeat-purchase rate are hypothetical. No sequel has launched or generated revenue.
Followers do not establish reach, qualified visits or willingness to buy. A real proposal needs the creator's recent audience and link data. Gross sales are not creator take-home income; fees, refunds and the agreed revenue split reduce the payout. The model assumes a single price, completed purchases, no discounts and no refunds.
