FORGEWICK / CREATOR EDITIONS

Product case study / A Forgewick studio project

From daily food questions to a finished ebook.

We created The Everyday PCOS Meal Planner to turn one of the most repeated questions in women's health, “what do I actually eat this week?”, into something a reader can use: a flexible plate, a realistic week, seven recipes and printable planning tools.

Self-initiated studio project showing the quality of our work. General food-planning information, not medical advice, and not dietitian-reviewed. It has not launched with a creator or generated sales.

THE CASE STUDY

One reader problem.
A complete product.

The brief: help someone living with PCOS move from conflicting food rules to “I know what I'm cooking this week.”

We grounded the guide in the international PCOS guideline, which finds no single best diet, so every chapter leads to a flexible, repeatable decision: build a plate, plan the week, shop once and prep a few components.

The finished edition combines original writing, a consistent illustrated style, seven recipes with swaps and six printable tools. In a partner edition, the creator's own expertise and a qualified professional review shape every page.
